Last week I started to run. I've always fancied the idea of becoming a 'runner', and in the past I've made it out of the door a few times to go for a run, but I've always let it slip because its been such hard work. However I read somewhere that I was probably trying to run too fast, and so I've slowed the pace down a bit and it's much better! This week I've run twice so far, each time for half an hour, without stopping. Amazing!

runners blog for a while, interesting stuff. I don't know any other runners so it's good to read a runners blog.
My running goal is to run a half-marathon in September. So that should keep me motivated!
